About Randy
Randy Bouwkamp founded Bouwkamp Builders, Inc. in 1985. Having built over 400 residential homes and condominiums in the West Michigan area, Randy Bouwkamp is not only a known name in the residential home community, but is also highly regarded among his industry counterparts, contractors, and clients having won several awards for his homes over the years, and also being awarded the honorable title of Builder of the Year in 2001 by the HBA of Holland.Randy Bouwkamp is a respected member of the Home Builders Association of Holland and the Grand Rapids Association of Home Builders having served on several committees over the last 20 years as well as serving as President of the Holland chapter in 1995. In 1998 Randy acquired his brokers license from the State of Michigan, and founded Bouwkamp Properties, LLC, a developing arm of the building company, and has recently founded Lakeshore Signature Properties, LLC expanding the company's real estate marketing capabilities. He continues to expand his knowledge through continuing real estate education classes and seminars.In 2006 Randy spent time furthering his education and knowledge of the building industry by earning his Certified Graduate Builder designation and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist degree from the National Association of Home Builders joining him nationally with an elite group of builders.With several years of training, Randy brings to the table unique talent and knowledge of the residential building and real estate market. His years of experience in building custom homes, an innate talent and eye for design, added to his real estate marketing experience offers an invaluable service to his clients.
